Location of this project is next to Dobra/Zajęcza Streets in Warsaw. On the yard which is 2000 m2 you can find a building with 5 above-ground floors. The building has the same height as the old one standing next to it on 31 Dobra Street.
Making small square was one of the most important goals while making this project.
From the south part of the building has been cut out. It's a feature particular for the urban structure of Powiśle district, which helps to meet the demands for the reasonable amount of daylight in the building.

In the building you can find not only offices, but also a cafe, a bookshop and a press room. All of those extra services have been located on the first floor. All of them have their own entrance. On the first floor there are also two entrance halls to offices.
floor plan 2-5
Plan of the building allows to adapt each floor for 1, 2 or 3 renting modules. On the plan you will be able to see what it would look like if it was divided into two zones with areas of 400 m2 and 550 m2.
Elevators have been divided into 2 parts. The first one goes from underground garage floors to the first floor, the other one goes up from the first floor.
There is a special access control zone between those two sections of elevators.
Ducts have been located as close to the center of the building as possible.
The outside rectangular square has been made by cutting out part of the building. From the square site elevation has been made from glass, so we can observe the life inside in the building. Directly from the square you can go into the main entrance hall and services which are located on the first floor.
